What the warranty asks of you
Tell Roofwerks about any leak, defect or deficiency within three (3) days of discovering it. Roofwerks will inspect and repair covered problems, and may inspect the roof annually during the warranty term.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover damage from natural causes such as floods, lightning, windstorms, hail, hurricanes or tornadoes, nor routine maintenance items, existing skylights not replaced by Roofwerks, or damage from third parties.
Commercial roofs
Commercial warranties are covered by Roofwerks for the initial two (2) years, and the manufacturer maintains the remainder of the warranty term.
Financing
Financing for qualified homeowners on projects estimated at $1,000 or more, through Acorn Finance.
